ONTARIO CANADA CHAPTER- 2013 CHARTER!
YES! they did it! ONTARIO has their own chapter. On May 13 2013 HET Director Gary Lynch announced at the Eastern Regional meet in Front Royal Virginia, USA, that HET president had signed the Charter and thus officially declared the province of Ontario in Canada the new territory within the international Hudson-Essex-Terraplane club. The club’s officers and directors were all unanimous and voted positively to the proposal. Ontario now joins Québec as the only 2 official chapters outside the continental USA. On June 15th 2013, in Cayuga, Ontario, Canada, Director Gary Lynch went to present the Charter to newly elected Ontario-Canada Chapter officers ; president, Mr. Kim Barton of Caledonia, Gino DiCiocco of Waterdown was elected Vice-President. Secretary will be Emily Barton of Caledonia and the Treasurer is Ken Beselaere of Tillsonburg.

St-Patrick’s day parade in Québec city A great day with a wopping 9 degrees Celcius . The 1929 Hudson-Essex town-sedan took part in the Irish parade to promote the HET club. The Lynch family celebrates 200 years in Québec city.
The charter for the Québec-Nouvelle-France-Canada Chapter was given to me by the HET President; Mike Cherry at the annual club business meeting. 
QUÉBEC MAKES HISTORY AS BEING THE FIRST CANADIAN CHAPTER IN THE HUDSON-ESSEX-TERRAPLANE CLUB!! (May 2010) 
IT’S official! The Québec-New-France Chapter is part of the Hudson-Essex-Terraplane Club. This winter I was real busy translating from English to French all the club’s by-laws. Now that everyone can read the rules, they have entered the club. There are 60 Hudson built cars in the province of Québec. And most have join the big club and thus becoming a chapter member in Québec city. If you are ever in Québec city, Canada. Please give us a call and we will do our best to help any Hudson club members. I will also help any ACEs who need a hand. More news to come as we will celebrate and gather as Hudson-Essex-Terraplane in many meets across the province and beyond! You are welcome to join us! Essex Canada has grown to 122 Essex cars all over Canada! (January 2011) They range from 1919 to 1932. The most popular year is 1929 with 52 cars. 70cars make up the rest of the years. If you didn’t have the chance to get to Pontiac ,Michigan USA, and see all the history of the Hudson car in Detroit ,well, you lost an opportunity to celebrate, surrounded by 500 Hudsons over that week. The HET members came from all over the world and Canada was well represented. 6 “ACES” attended the party, and many more Hudson Canadians also! The weather was just fantastic and really helped to make everyone happy. There was a swap meet, a big Hudson swap meet! Everyone found something to bring home! —-See GARY’S page!
